Course Description: In this engaging 3-class mini-course, intermediate students who are familiar with the present and past tenses will practice their listening and speaking skills by having a wide range of discussions about travel. You’ll learn thematic vocabulary about different aspects of travel and enjoy role playing situations that often occur when traveling, for example ordering at a restaurant or buying bus tickets. You’ll also share anecdotes of your past travel experiences with classmates and discuss current issues related to travel. Highly participative, the class will provide opportunities for both class discussion and conversation in pairs with abundant instructor feedback to help you improve accuracy and speak with more natural constructions in Spanish.
Best suited for: Students who have completed Spanish Spanish Intermediate 2, Intermediate 3, or Intermediate 4 courses or equivalent.
