Translate the following letter from Spanish to English.

Estoy de acuerdo en que en el año del 2010 no pude cubrir mis pagos del child support de mi hijo Ignacio Campeche y que se puedan cobrar del reembolso de mis tacxas la cantidad que yo no alcansé a pagar en el transcurso del año.
Pero no estoy de acuerdo que del reembolso de mis tacxas del 2010 se hayan quedado con todo aparte de la cantidad que deva. Como tampoco me dejan tener a mi hijo como mi dependiente, ni pasar tiempo con él, nisiquiera los fines de semana como se havía acordado.
Después de los problemas con mi expareja, yo comensé una nueva relasión, ahora tengo dos hijos mas pequeños, a ellos tengo como unicos dependientes al igual que mi actual esposa. Yo soy la unica persona que se hase de cargo de todos los gastos de mi familia. El sueldo que yo gano no es ni lamitad de los biles que yo tengo que pagar.
Por favor, reconsideren su decisión de quedarse con el reembolso de mis tacxas y comuniquense conmigo acerca de este tema.

I agree that I was not able to cover the child support payments for my son Ignacio Campeche in 2010, and that the amount that I did not manage to pay throughout the year may be taken out of my tax refund.
However, I am not in agreement that you have kept my entire tax refund apart from the amount that I owe. Especially since I am neither allowed to declare my son as my dependent nor to spend time with him, not even on weekends as had been agreed upon.
After the problems I had with my previous partner, I began a new relationship and now have two younger children, both of whom are now my only dependents along with my current wife. I am the only person who takes care of all of the expenses for my family. The salary that I earn does not cover even half of the bills that I have to pay.
Please, reconsider your decision to keep my tax refund and contact me regarding this subject.
