The mission of Tierra Educational Center, LLC is to provide quality and affordable language, cultural, and technological education and services to the Portland community. The organization developed out of the shared belief of its owners that communication and cultural barriers between the growing immigrant population and the community at large can be broken down with the availability of affordable education and small group integration amongst the communities.

Spanish Conversation Club Fridays 6:30-7:30pm. Come and join us!

Develop your Spanish language skills while participating in guided Latin American cultural discussion. This is a weekly club led by native speakers with educational backgrounds in teaching the Spanish language, as well as Latin American History, Culture, and Music. The intention of this conversation club is to provide an opportunity for our current students and community members interested in the Spanish Language and Latin American Culture to meet, practice their Spanish, and learn about issues in Latin America. All levels of Spanish and English speakers are welcome.

The club has a $5 cost for community members, but it is FREE for all of our current students (and for first-time attendees!)
